- Thrive! Rise smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk (or liquid of your choice)
- Almond shavings
- Blend Rise smoothie with almond milk in blender.
- Pour smoothie into bowl and top with buckwheat, almond shavings, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Drizzle honey on top.
