How to Make a Rise Smoothie Bowl


  • Thrive! Rise smoothie
  • 1 cup almond milk (or liquid of your choice)
  • Buckwheat
  • Almond shavings
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Honey


  • Blend Rise smoothie with almond milk in blender.
  • Pour smoothie into bowl and top with buckwheat, almond shavings, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • Drizzle honey on top.
