Energy Smoothies 3 cups Almond milk Coconut shavings DIRECTIONS: Blend your first Energy smoothie with 1/2 cup almond milk. This will be your bottom layer. Blend your second Energy smoothie with 1 cup almond milk. Use this as your second layer. Blend the third Energy smoothie with 1 1/2 cups almond milk. Layer this on top.
